Our first little getaway.

We had a free 1 night stay in The Magellan Sutera Resort sponsored by JY's company. Since we never had any vacation after we had lil pumpkin, we decided to accept the offer.

Packing lil pumpkin's swimwear and feeling excited for her first ever swimming experience soon!!!

Chilling at the lobby while waiting to be check in. which is honestly. VERY INEFFICIENT. waited for almost an hour to be done.

When we got our room keys. Very quickly we brought lil pumpkin up and rest for awhile. unfortunately we entered the room to find out we got a 2 single bedded room. We requested for a king size bed because we are co-sleeping with lil pumpkin, i remembered JY keep repeating our request at the counter yet still mistakes can be done. to make everything worse, we found a line of ants on the bed. feeling dirty and gross. After ive called the reception for my complains, they even replied "betul kah" sounds like im cheating on her so that i can have a room changed? 5 stars hotel need more training for their staff in terms of dealing with guests. seriously. Is it just because we are locals so we arent treated the same way as the foreigners? Are we not paying the same? Ive seen so many AWESOME reviews from foreigners towards our 5 stars resort here. but to me, they all doesnt even worth all these GOOD reviews. or maybe they do treated guests differently. just because we are agents so we got treated so badly?

After all the hassles of complaining.waiting. and room changing. We finally settled at a King sized bed with no ants crawling on top. And its already lil pumpkin's dinner time. =.= So I took out her pear pureed and heat it for her.

Lil pumpkin scanning the new place and adapting the environment.

The Bathroom.

Other side of the bathroom.

After her early dinner. Lil pumpkin rest with mummy on the bed waiting for daddy to finish his work and go for our buffet dinner at The Five Sails.

Honestly, I think that staying at our own house is even more 5 stars than here. Floor dirty, under maintained. Bad service and cleanliness is not worth any 5 stars standard.

Back from all the hectic moments in my life. I've had baby taken out by caesarean on the 12th Feb 2013. Now going thru my confinement period away from home. Today is the 11th day already. Baby is doing well at the moment just that she had a lil flu and bit of jaundice.

The caesarean was really an experience for me. They had me numb for half body and was awake during the whole procedure. All the while I can only feel something is going on my tummy and could feel all the pressure and pushing around when baby is coming out. JY was there with me too. He was suppose to take video for me to see because I wanted to see the moment baby's out. He was too excited till he only captured a photo instead of video. There goes the special moment in my life. No more good video memories to show my girl when she grew up.

 Before going in. Getting ready.

The entrance of the operation theater.

 Hello my womb.

 First photo of Jovenia~

 Keeping warm in the incubator.

 Still closing her eyes.

 Finally woke up for milk!!

The worse moment for me in the process was the shake just after baby's out. I shaked for almost 2 hours even I was push into my room after that. It was so terrible that I vomitted twice after the shake is gone. Probly because of the spinal epidural that I had to numb my body.

All in all. I was quite good in recovering as I woke up and get myself out from the bed the next morning after the surgery. Of cos with the help from JY. I walked around the hospital and dr allowed me to discharge in the afternoon. I was then check in to my confinement centre straightaway on the 13th Feb.
